Do I need to attend to remain certified?

No. Once you're certified, you're always certified, the Refresh is completely optional. It exists to bring you current on the newest Platform, Mindset Reveal best practices, and FourSight with AI, and to put free tools and assessment keys back in your hands.

Is it really that good of a value?

The 10 free assessment keys and three months of complimentary Platform access, including the new Team Member Profile Report, more than cover the early-bird price. As Amy Climer, who beta-tested the Team Member Profile, put it: "This is a steal!"

Who is the Refresh for?

Certified FourSight Facilitators, especially anyone who hasn't run a FourSight session in a while and wants to come current on what's new before getting back in the facilitator's seat.

This is our first-ever Refresh. If you can't make this session, reply to our email and tell us you're interested, if there's enough demand, we'll schedule another.
