Sub-processors
We share certain information with companies that may be considered our "sub-processors" under GDPR. This information is limited to the following:
- We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to process data for customers. Our use of AWS covers cloud infrastructure and application hosting, database hosting, authentication and identity management, networking and DNS, content delivery (CDN), load balancing, monitoring and logging, and transactional email. These services host the data on physical and cloud servers for which we pay. For more information about our security practices as it relates to our data, see this page.
- We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. These providers handle billing and payment details on our behalf when you purchase our products and services.
- We use HubSpot as a help desk software to communicate with our customers. Although Hubspot isn't a sub-processor used to deliver our services, sometimes these communications includes the personal data of your customers' information, so we've added them here for transparency.
